Global Game Jam

Billed as the biggest game jam anywhere, this event asks participants to team up and create a game around a common theme within a tight time limit. Global Game Jam organises it, and it is open to everyone, from students to seasoned developers. Many teams choose to build mobile games. Participants can join remotely or at one of the local host sites spread across more than 130 countries.
